  It is more likely than not that we have been walking this specific Twin Flame journey for multiple lifetimes and across multiple timelines. Being on this path is a profound, sacred responsibility.

The True Purpose of the Union

• Beyond the 3D Romance:
  Is the whole point of twin flames romance? My Guides gave a very strong NO.
  Is romance the cherry on top—the sprinkles on the sundae?
  Yes, absolutely!
  But the core purpose is mission-based and ultimately ascension-based. We signed up for this specific journey to fully recognize, ascend, and step into the highest, most sovereign versions of ourselves.

• Splitting Cosmic Atoms:
  The reason this journey feels so incredibly intense is because it is literal cosmic physics. It is like splitting atoms. In a higher vibrational field—a higher dimension—you and your counterpart are completely together. You are still together even right now!

• The Matrix Illusion:
  Here in the dense 3D, the separateness you feel is strictly an illusion. It is an invitation and an opportunity to overcome the illusion, so we can ascend past the density and truly recognize ourselves.

Your Sacred Invitation to Surrender

If you are confused, struggling, or having a hard time understanding how you were “signed up” for this heavy lifting, the key is to surrender and go within.

As we navigate this physical plane and the beautiful simulation of the Earth Video Game (EVG), we are often taught that astrology is something that simply “happens to us”.

But the deepest esoteric truths reveal that we are not here merely to be “schooled” by the EVG matrix; instead, we are here to consciously harmonize with it. When we step into a higher vibrational position—what I refer to as a position of resonance—we experience a profound perspective shift regarding our cosmic blueprint.

As you begin to awaken, “Connect inward to go upward”, and step into your absolute sovereignty, the planets do not stop moving…yet how you experience their frequencies completely transforms.

This profound shift is illuminated through the sacred science of the 7 Rays and our shifting planetary rulers.

The 7 Rays: The Architecture of the Soul

To fully understand our journey and step out of the density of reaction, we are invited to understand the raw intelligence of the 7 Rays. These rays operate beautifully through two divine lineages:

• The Divine Masculine: The odd-numbered Rays (1, 3, 5, 7) operate on the lines of Will, Structure, and Active Intelligence.

  Mercury (4th Ray), bringing harmony through conflict within the matrix

• Esoteric Ruler:
  Venus (5th & 7th Ray), shifting the focus to concrete science and ceremonial order for the awakening soul

As we navigate the EVG matrix physical plane, our beautiful human experience can often feel incredibly dense.

We are often told that our physical body (vessel) is the “true” boundary of our existence, and that to heal, we must only look at the material symptoms displayed in front of us.

But the deepest esoteric truths reveal a much grander design:

We are not merely a physical body; we are a magnificent, multidimensional pillar of light.✨

Stepping into this higher vibrational understanding, we realize that the traditional “7 chakras” are only the center of a much larger energetic continuum (literally a pillar of Light).

• The Physical-Etheric Bridge:
  In the teachings of Master Djwhal Khul, every energy center externalizes into the dense physical body through an endocrine gland (e.g., the Crown to the Pineal, the Throat to the Thyroid). This is the Hermetic law of “As Above, So Below” in action.

• The Rays of Evolution:
  These 7 seals are intimately tied to the 7 Esoteric Rays, guiding us from personality-driven living into a beautiful, Soul-infused expression.

The Specialized & Transitional Centers:

• The High Heart (Thymus):
  The seat of transpersonal compassion and Monadic “Christ Consciousness.” It does not govern earthly, localized love; it governs unconditional, universal Truth.

As we navigate this physical plane, our beautiful human experience can often feel incredibly challenging. We are often told that we must push, solve, and figure things out.

But the deepest esoteric truths are that we are actually called to do less—to let go, to allow, and to ascend into the Timeless seat of the Observer.

When we step into this higher vibrational position—a position of resonance, not of hierarchy—we experience a profound perspective shift. This shift is what my Guides have shared with me as “The 2 Steps of Perspective”.

The 2 Steps of Perspective

To fully understand our journey and step out of the density of reaction, we are invited to understand how these two steps interact within our daily lives:

Step 2: The 3D Reality (The Action)

Step 2 is what shows up in our day-to-day 3D world.

Our Ego believes it’s Step 1 (or the starting place), when in fact, it is only the following…

• The Realm of the Ego:
  This is where our ego hangs out. Remember, your ego is not “bad”; it is simply part of the equipment (our physical vehicle) issued to us for this 3D EVG plane of existence. It is meant to be integrated in harmony with our Soul.

• The Divine Masculine: This step is characterized by the taking action, the doing, and seeing things play out in the material world.

• The Illusion of the “Lag”:
  Often, when we are in Step 2, we try to solve equations without having all the pieces. We attempt to force outcomes based on fear or expectations, forgetting that what manifests in the 3D is already the “lag measure” of what has been decided in the higher realms.

Step 1: The Energetics (The Observer)

Step 1 is the energy—the thing behind what already happened.

• The Divine Feminine:
  This is the Sovereign-paced space of receiving. Rather than forcing action, we observe. We allow the divine instructions, context, and guidance to drop into our consciousness from a higher dimension.

• The Ultimate Inquiry:
  When we find ourselves triggered or lost in Step 2, the doorway back to Step 1 is asking:

  • Why would my higher self invite me to experience this?

  • Why did I choose this?

• Aligning with the Blueprint:
  Step 1 opens an Unbound, Quantum space of All Possibility. By resting in this energetic Stillpoint, we stop forcing and instead collect the intuitive breadcrumbs that piece together the beautiful, Divinely-timed map of our 6D blueprint.

When we honor the natural circuitry of the Universe (also reflected in creation), we realize that Step 1 (receiving) must precede the actions we take in Step 2. We do not have to exhaust our life force energy trying to make things happen. Instead, we simply must choose to align with the higher 6D blueprint that has already been authored for our ultimate expansion and highest good.

Here I am sharing here the foundational clearing framework that maps our cosmic journey inward and upward: The Esoteric 3 Tiers of Consciousness Evolution.

This framework is an alchemical dashboard of sorts, designed to help you transition from looking outside of yourself for answers, to going deeply within to become the conscious architect of your own Soul presence.

The Cosmic Map: Understanding the 3 Esoteric Tiers

These are multidimensional tiers and represent multiple framework, aligned into one lovely table resource.

To help you orient yourself, this framework is divided into three distinct, evolutionary paths that bridge the Tropical Matrix with the Sidereal Stargates:

• Tier 1: The Matrix (Humanity):
  This tier is dedicated to understanding and witnessing the 3D ego traps, triggers, and ancestral or karmic loops that impact us while we are entirely at the mercy of exoteric transits. Welcome to the next layer of your profound journey.

Your Luminous Insight Session is designed for those who have already experienced their Foundational Quantum Journey with me and are now ready to delve even deeper into specific areas of their consciousness and life path.

My intention for these sessions is to provide a focused, nurturing space for expanded understanding and continued transformation, guided by the precise framework perfected by Dolores Cannon.

Dolores herself did work with some clients on a longer-term basis. Some desired to build upon the findings of their initial first session. Others felt deeply called to explore more past life regressions and more deeply into who they are and their purpose (I’m thinking about Phil from “Keepers of the Garden”). Others discovered incredible past life connections (I’m thinking about connections explored in “Jesus and the Essenes” and “Nostradamus”) that they were open to exploring further.

Dolores recommends no longer than 2 hours for any individual under hypnosis, of which I commit to for your safety and comfort in exploring things Somnambulistically. This means there is a “limit” in any one session on what we can explore, but this further opens the door to possibilities for additional Luminous Insight Sessions (as I call them).

Are these required? No, they are most definitely not. Unless there is a personal barrier (e.g., someone’s beliefs are not strong enough and there is a wavering in connection), all individuals are able to explore Past Life or Simultaneous Life Regressions, as well as connect with their Subconscious (SC) or Higher Self, plus receive energetic realignment and clearings.

Further sessions are more based on an individual’s call to explore or desire to pursue receiving additional insights, given their first session findings.

The Sacred Unfolding:
What a Luminous Insight Session Looks Like

A Luminous Insight Session is truly a co-creative experience, thoughtfully designed for targeted exploration (a specific scene, place, event or detail). These sessions typically last a generous 4-hour block, allowing ample time for contemplating profound insights, as well as focused discussion following your experience.

This time around, since you’ve already made contact with your SC, your deeper, more connective power of your belief truly makes this possible…or not. This practice is powerfully proven, and those who believe they can connect and receive the needed guidance often see the most remarkable results.

The best part? It’s incredibly simple. You can do this. Believe, and it will happen.

1. The Heart-to-Heart Unveiling
(Focused Exploration):

We begin by connecting heart-to-heart, discussing the specific themes, questions, or areas of your life journey you wish to explore in this session.

Building upon the foundation of your initial session (your Foundational Quantum Journey), this conversation allows us to further explore or refine your inquiries and ensure we’re aligning with what your Soul is ready to unveil next.

You can bring a focused list of questions for your Subconscious (SC), and we’ll collaboratively ensure they guide our deeper dive.

2. The Quantum Journey
(Swift Access & Deep Dive):

Once you are comfortably relaxed, I will gently guide you back into the deepest level of hypnosis possible – the Somnambulistic state. A wonderful practice for these follow-up sessions is the use of a “keyword,” of which we establish in your Foundational Quantum Journey, which allows us to swiftly guide you back into this profound state almost immediately upon laying down.

This means we can invest even more time in investigating what is most important to you during your session. Your Subconscious (SC) will guide us to the most relevant insights, whether through further past life experiences, direct communication, or energetic understanding.

3. Connecting with Your Inner Wisdom
(The Subconscious Speaks):

As we navigate your deeper insights and inquiries, we maintain a direct connection with your Higher Self, also known as your Oversoul or the SC. This all-knowing part of you holds the answers to your specific questions and will continue to facilitate the flow of profound guidance and clarity directly through you (as they did in your first and previous sessions).

And this time is very special, because we can essentially build upon what was discovered during your first session! This could be unpacking things more deeply, or revealing things that you are now more ready to hear.

I trust the SC deeply, as it will only reveal what you are (now) possibly more ready to hear, or take you through the journey of new discoveries. It often can include additional puzzle pieces, or context items that will allow for this deeper, more luminous insights revealed!

4. Gentle Return & Integration
(Post-Session Reflection):

Once your questions have been explored and the profound connection has served its purpose, you will be gently and gradually counted back from the hypnosis session, returning to a fully refreshed and awakened state.

You will receive another digital recording, this time of this current session. It is (again) highly recommended that you listen to this recording repeatedly afterward. With each replay, you often gain deeper information and continue to integrate the transformative shifts. Your SC or Higher Self may also speak more to you, guiding you if additional insight sessions would be helpful. Replays also are often gateways to uncover the deepest root of what you are most drawn to or are seeking.

Only you will know what is best for you to connect with, and continue to explore! As you continue to contemplate your session’s findings, if further exploration is recommended by your Higher Self (or you feel deeply called to more), I am honored to be your guide.

This allows ample time for our in-depth interview, walking through the life experiences across your quantum journey, and a crucial integration conversation period following, ensuring you feel fully supported and unhurried throughout the entire process. I meticulously follow Dolores Cannon’s precise framework, which emphasizes this dedicated time for profound results.

Q: Where do the sessions take place?

A: Currently, I offer the convenience of conducting your QHHT® session in the comfort and familiarity of your own home. This way you are able to reside within the familiar energies of your own space.

A: Yes, in a single comprehensive session, you can receive profound guidance, clarity, and experience significant energetic shifts.

Q: If I’ve already done a QHHT® session with a different practitioner, can I just schedule a Luminous Insights Session with you?

A. QHHT® is all about energy: it is a profoundly intimate, energetic exchange. When you select a practitioner, they become a unique energetic host and anchor for your connection with your own Subconscious (SC). Because I was not present to hold space for your original exploration, I am not able to gather the beautiful (and foundational!) details you uncovered, nor can we leverage the unique “keyword” (the vibrational anchor) established between you and that specific practitioner.

Therefore, to ensure you receive the most aligned and supportive experience, I warmly invite you to begin our work together with a full Foundational Quantum Journey (1st Session). This provides us with expansive and ample time to explore your unique energetic connections together, map your current vibrational and blueprint architecture, plus empower me with the exact foundational knowledge needed to guide you on this deeply healing path.

By starting here, we establish our own sacred keyword for any future Luminous Insights Sessions, seamlessly honoring the official guidance of my Level 2 QHHT® coursework, which recommends a full foundational session anytime you step into energy with a new practitioner.

Q: How do I select the best aligned practitioner for me and my unique energy?

A: This is truly one of the most important questions you can contemplate! Your SC will never disclose or share information to you that you are not ready yet to receive. But this also extends to your Practitioner, too! This means if your Practitioner’s energetic or vibrational level cannot safely sustain the exploration or uncovering of a certain piece of information, for the protection of all involved, it will not be surfaced. This is where I really encourage to connect with your own inner guidance and your Guides to ensure you align fully with the practitioner who speaks to your heart.

Q: Do people have further QHHT® sessions (AKA more than one)?

A: Yes, many individuals choose to have further sessions, depending on what they wish to explore about their life journey, their soul contract, or other intricate details uncovered during their first QHHT® Session. In Dolores’s work, she shared multiple clients who wanted to dive in deeper, or uncovered further details that perhaps their SC wasn’t revealing during their first session due to their readiness. What’s most important to remember is that every Being’s journey is different; so what for you may be resolved in one session, another may ‘require’ further sessions to dive more deeply into the details or through the unfurling discoveries. I’m always available for you to dive into what most resonates for you.

• For these subsequent explorations, I offer Luminous Insight Sessions. A wonderful practice for these follow-up sessions is the use of a “keyword,” which allows us to swiftly guide you back into your Somnambulistic state almost immediately upon laying down. This means we can invest even more time into investigating what is most important to you during these focused deep dive sessions!

Q: What is the cost of a QHHT® session?

A: I charge one flat fee for your entire session (it’s what I call a ‘day rate’). I do this to ensure that our time together is focused solely on your understanding and self-discovery, without any hourly pressure.

I also dedicate time before our session to begin hosting the energetic container for your session, as well as invest my entire day into hosting the session as it truly requires ‘all of me’. Please keep in mind that depending on the session you select, it is a minimum 5-7+ hours commitment to fully complete all the energetic work called in.

Q: Do you have a Rescheduling or Cancellation Policy?

A: Yes, I do! I call it our Sacred Time & Energetic Exchange Policy, and it applies to all of my 1:1 and Group Services, including my QHHT Practice sessions. This outlines exactly how we navigate unforeseen things that pop up, or where you’d like to go in another direction. Based upon the structure of my business to serve and provide as much Light and availability as I can, I make it very clear and straightforward. Please take a peek at that page before you book!

Q: Will I be unconscious or remember anything during the session?

A: This is one of the most common questions I receive! In QHHT®, you are guided into the deepest possible state of trance, known as the Somnambulistic state. This is a natural state that you actually enter twice a day – just before you fall asleep at night and just before you fully wake up in the morning. While in this state, you remain technically conscious and aware of your surroundings.

• You might feel as though you are simply relaxing, dreaming, or standing to the side, listening to yourself speak.

• Many of my clients recall bits and pieces, much like a dream, while others remember everything. The most important thing is that your Higher Self (the Subconscious or SC) is always present, guiding the process and communicating through you.

• Your session will be recorded, which is vital for you to revisit and integrate the profound insights and ongoing shifts, as you often gain more information and clarity each time you listen.

Q: What if I can’t be hypnotized?

A: The ability to enter a hypnotic state is a natural human capacity.

The truth is: Everyone can be hypnotized. All that is “required” is that they are willing and allow themselves to relax. And that they truly ‘believe’ they can (this is the mechanism that allows us to release and allow).

It’s not about being “controlled” but about allowing your conscious mind to step aside so your deeper wisdom can emerge. My role is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can comfortably relax and trust the process. I personally have navigated integrating a “very left-brained” ego; one who questions everything, and must “see to believe”. It’s not easy but I’ve gathered some techniques that have worked for myself to more fully go under (when I have my own sessions for myself) as well have worked beautifully on my Clients.

What I also find very curious is how once we’re ready to fully let go and receive (and have the deep desire to hear and experience the guidance of our Higher Selves — our SCs) that is the moment the ‘door’ is unlocked. Invite yourself to contemplate this more deeply if you find your ego echoing: ‘Am I afraid of what I may hear? Am I unsure if this is even ‘real’? Am I being ‘played’?” These are often indicators there is more inner connective energy that needs to be communed with before we hop into our first session.

Q: Do I need to believe in past lives or the Higher Self for QHHT® to work?

A: No, not at all! The beauty of QHHT® is that it works regardless of your conscious beliefs. Dolores Cannon developed this method to access a universal part of consciousness available to everyone. Through many of her books and lectures, she would speak to how speaking to the SC was like “speaking on the telephone with an old friend”. She could (most literally) host a session in London and fly back to Atlanta and “pick up” the conversation with the SC, despite both of her Clients not knowing of one another.

While an openness to the experience is always incredibly helpful (you will simply receive more!), you don’t need a pre-existing belief system. Simply a willingness to explore your inner landscape is more than enough.

Q: What if I become emotional during the session?

A: Experiencing emotions during a session is completely normal and often a very important part of the integration process. It acts as a catharsis, allowing for the release of unexpressed emotions that you may have been carried for years, if not lifetimes.

This is part of the energetic space (what I refer to as a ‘container’) days before our session begins. Hosting this safe and nurturing space for these emotions to be fully expressed allows you to experience them (aka “hear them”) so that they may be fully healed and released. These can often be the root causes of body ailments as well. Please know that I will always gently guide you through any intense moments, as for me, ensuring your comfort and well-being are always paramount.

Q: How will I feel after the session?

A: For most Clients, they typically report feeling refreshed and centered, though some may experience a brief period of gentle integration as they process profound insights.

Many feel a deep sense of peace and clarity.

For up to three days after a session, a profound amount of supportive integration can still occur (often via your dreams) as you realize the symbolism of scenes that were presented, as well as access additional information within dream states, in combination of listening to your session recording.

Because this is truly a full energetic experience, you also may have some time where you are acclimating the energies that you downloaded into your vessel, as well as continuing to unpack or understand as you activate your key takeaways. Some Clients have also received light codes that activate certain parts of their own Life Journeys or missions here on Earth! Overall, it’s been said to be a completely transforming experience!

Q: Will I receive a recording of my session?

A: Yes, you absolutely will receive a digital recording of your entire session!

It is highly recommended that you listen to this recording repeatedly after your session, as with each (and every) replay, you will gain more and more information and will continue to integrate profound shifts.

What a Session Looks Like

Your QHHT® session is a sacred co-creative experience designed to follow a thoughtful and unhurried progression, typically lasting a generous 5 to 6+ hours, though sometimes expanding a bit beyond as your unique journey unfolds.

1. The Heart-to-Heart Unveiling Interview
(Getting to Know You):

We begin by simply chatting, dedicating ample time for a gentle yet thorough interview.

This is where I truly get to know you – your life journey, your aspirations, any experiences you wish to understand more deeply, and, most importantly, the questions you carry within your heart.

This initial conversation helps me attune to your unique energy and ensures I can advocate for your deepest inquiries during your quantum journey. You prepare a list of 5-15 questions for your Subconscious (SC), and we’ll collaboratively refine these, determining which are most relevant to your current path versus those that are mere curiosities, before the induction begins. Since we have the ability to contact infinite intelligence, please know there is truly no “silly” question.

2. The Quantum Journey
(Your Deeper Exploration):

Once you are comfortably relaxed, I will gently guide you into the deepest level of hypnosis possible – the Somnambulistic state.

This is the core of your QHHT® experience. Here, we typically visit 1 to 3 past lives or other current significant soul experiences. It’s imparative to trust that your Subconscious knows exactly which life or experience is most relevant for you to revisit in that moment, offering the clearest understanding for your present circumstances. We’ll navigate these experiences, allowing the insights to emerge naturally.

3. Connecting with The Subconscious “SC”
(Your Inner Intuition, Wisdom, Higher Self):

After exploring these pivotal life experiences, we’ll then connect directly with your Higher Self, also known as your Oversoul or (as Dolores called it) the “SC”.

This is the all-knowing part of you that holds the answers to every question you’ve prepared. I will then gently present your questions to your SC, facilitating the flow of profound guidance and clarity directly through you.

A powerful aspect of this connection is the Body Scan. I will ask your SC to perform a comprehensive scan of your entire being, checking all your chakras and energy centers, as well as your physical organs and body functions. This allows your SC to identify any imbalances or areas needing attention, and to facilitate profound rebalancing and understanding.

4. Gentle Return & Integration
(Post-Session Reflection):

Once your questions have been explored and the profound connection has served its purpose, you will be gently and gradually counted back from the hypnosis session, returning to a fully refreshed and awakened state. This is when we will sit and chat a bit, recapping your answered questions, and notating any interesting things you experienced.

You will also receive a digital recording of your session. It is highly recommended that you listen to this recording repeatedly in the following days and weeks. With each replay, you often gain deeper information and continue to integrate the transformative shifts. You also continue to receive more immersive “doses” (as I call them) of healing, as you reconnect with that same frequency of your SC with each and every replay.

Once the profound connection is made with your Subconscious (SC) during your QHHT® session is when I, as your Certified Practitioner, asks your SC to identify and explain the cause behind any problem you are experiencing. Often, the mere revelation of an ailment’s source or a psychological pattern’s root can spark a profound release within both your body and mind, liberating them from its hold.
