Needed to read this wisdom today - after meeting a new guy, a new love to dive into - I need to remember it's all within me, i don't need to squeeze it out of another. Love can be just the cherry on top. As with anything we want outside of ourselves... true fulfillment is from the inside out. Love your posts, Lavander.

And if I may, I'd love to share something you reflected so beautifully in your comment. Your energy, your light, your love, your magic, your radiance is what attracts people to you (including this gentleman you mentioned!). This means it is *within* you.
And if we expand on it just slightly more...
If this is true (that it's within us), we therefore cannot "give" love to another. Instead, what we "vibrate" or express is what then "vibrates" within someone else, essentially receiving or *amplifying* the vibration. And THIS is when we FEEL love. This is also why, depending on who you are around or with, they can be of a lower vibrational level than you are (and can they can "feed" off of it, exponentially amplifying theirs), or they can be of a similar vibrational level to you (and this is when it is reciprocal and sustaining, sharing it and providing that warm, gorgeous light).
I want you to know this, because you are meeting someone because it's radiating from what you already have within you 💗✨
You are home. You are light. You are love.
Funny enough I'm finishing up a post on the topic of love, and this gorgeous concept that came to me a couple of months ago. I'd love to share it with you if you are open to it!
