Wow, I wish the talent acquisition teams I've had in my ex-companies had someone like you. This will prevent so many good talents leaving because of bad hires. I was from design, advertising and tech companies but this problem is constant through all of them. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and hopefully we have more talent retention.
