The Voice Behind the Sanctuary
For over two decades, I immersed myself in the intense corporate matrix of Tech and Talent Acquisition.
As an Executive Recruiter, I dedicated more than 55,000 hours to interviewing over 27,000 people—studying the subtle nuances of human behavior, potential, performance, and power. That experience served as a masterclass in the human condition and how to attain the highest ‘Success’ in the Matrix “Earth is a Video Game”.
But my baseline understanding of human behavior started much earlier, born from navigating complex family dynamics and overcoming domestic violence in childhood.
Through navigating major personal resets—including corporate layoffs, a midlife shift, divorce, and a complete geographical relocation back to my roots in Portland, Oregon—I learned that our greatest breakthroughs often emerge from our most isolating and challenging moments… what I call, the “Void of All Possibilities”.
Today, I use my deeply honed gift of observation to serve as a supportive mirror for others, helping you look past external expectations so you can illuminate your own path and embrace your true potential.
