A sample list of questions to help you prepare for your journey of self-discovery

Preparing for a QHHT® session is an exciting step toward profound self-discovery. The single most important part of that preparation is your list of questions for your Higher Self (or SC).
But transparently, this is a very common step where we can get stuck. We can overthink it, wondering, “Is this a good question?” or “Is this too silly?”
The truth is, your questions are the sacred roadmap for our session, and no question is too small or too strange when you’re talking to the part of you that holds all the answers.
This list serves as our guide. During our Heart-to-Heart Interview, we’ll review it together, which allows me to understand your intentions deeply and be the best possible advocate for you when I speak to your SC.
To help you get started, I’ve compiled a list of common questions clients often explore. Use this as inspiration, a gentle jumping-off point to connect with what your heart is truly asking.

What mission am I here to accomplish?
What are the most important lessons I am meant to learn in this life?
What is the source of my feeling of “yearning for more”?
On Health, Body & Well-being
Your body is always speaking to you. Here, we ask it to speak clearly.
What is the root cause of my [specific ailment, e.g., migraines, back discomfort, allergies, diabetes]?
Is there a message my body is trying to send me through this condition?
What steps can I take to facilitate my body’s healing and restoration?
Why do I have [specific phobia or unexplained fear]?
What is the source of my anxiety/depression?
What foods/practices are best for my specific body?
On Career & Abundance
For understanding your unique contribution to the world.
Is my current career aligned with my highest good?
What talents should I be developing to fulfill my purpose?
What is blocking my financial abundance?
Am I on the right career path, or is there a change I should be making?
On Relationships (Family, Partners, Friends)
To understand the “why” behind your most important connections.
