When we see someone we care about struggling—whether it’s a partner, a family member, or a dear friend—our instinct is often to jump in. We want to “uphold” them. We want to push them up, shore them up, and pour our precious energy into their cup until we are running on empty.

I have been there more times than I’d like to admit! 🤪✨

But my Guides recently shared a profound illumination with me that changed my perspective forever: We cannot uphold other beings; we can ONLY call them up.
