The soul is expansive, nonlinear, and communicates in sudden, gentle knowings.
From My Life Journey
Allow me to share a very real page from my own Life Journey. I used to be heavily seated in my egoic lens, especially when it came to something as simple as... finding a spider in my house!
For the longest time, my ego would immediately jump to separation and dominance. My inner dialogue sounded like: “This is my house! It doesn’t pay rent! I’m going to smash it right now so it doesn’t come back to ‘bite’ me.”
(Does this sound familiar to anyone else? Oh, the things our minds tell us!)
But as I learned to step back and shift into my soul’s lens, my perspective completely transformed. I realized that this tiny, hairy little creature is a living expression of the very same Universe that created me (and you!). We are all sharing the exact same web of life. So, instead of panic and dominance, I found unity and respect. I learned to gently capture it and think about a beautiful spot outside to release it.
It’s stepping out of the shadows of our fears and embracing the magic of our shared human experience.
