By learning to map your levels of consciousness, you can finally decode the hidden messages your daily life is showing you.
Yet, the secret to understanding your reality is not found by overthinking or reacting to the people around you. It is actually about completely detaching from the words being spoken to you and realizing that most things happening in your life actually have nothing to do with you at all.
Mapping Your House of Consciousness
When we feel lost or unsure of our next steps, our minds often create a constant stream of mental clutter. We want to know why things are happening. But to truly understand our reality, we have to look at the origination of the energy around us.
Imagine your consciousness as a beautiful house:
The 3D Waking Mind:
This is you and everyone else making conscious choices in the 3D matrix.The Penthouse (Superconscious):
This is your direct connection to the divine, your higher self, and source energy. It’s the connection with the 5D+ (and beyond — upward to the 15D, and up to Source).The Ground Floor (Unconscious):
This area is neutral and automatic, holding your muscle memory and habits.The Basement (Subconscious):
This space is emotionally charged and reactive, storing unfelt trauma and defense mechanisms.The Cosmic Ocean:
The omnipresent field of collective energy surrounding the house. This is where the Akashic Records are, as well as the quantum entanglement of all our Souls together.
When you interact with others, their words and actions are often coming from different “floors of their house”!
For example, if someone is yelling at you or projecting limiting beliefs, you might be experiencing their Basement Spillover or their Ego OS Mirror. They are discharging their own repressed shame or fears, and you are simply acting as the projection screen.
By stepping into the seat of the Observer, we can start to introduce clarity into the confusion and find our own inner truth and connection. This is what empowers true transmutation.
My Personal Story
In my own Life Journey, I struggled deeply with what I now call the Karmic Loop. During my corporate career, my last four bosses treated me almost identically. They would build me up and then suddenly attack me with the same harsh labels. I felt completely trapped by my fear of judgment and past compromises, deeply wounded by these recurring patterns.
I used to cry out, “Why does this always happen to me?” But I wasn’t stepping back to observe. Once I finally realized that these bosses were reflecting a karmic resonance from deep within my own basement—ancestral trauma asking to be healed—everything changed. I chose to accept that limitation as an opportunity for profound growth. Once I healed that resonance within myself, I have yet to experience that dynamic again.
The challenge was actually the exact catalyst I needed to step into my authentic self.
