How did I know it was time to leave my marriage, especially when, from the outside, everything looked “fine”? There was no war, no volatility—we had friendship and laughter. And yet, my soul knew.
In this episode, I pull back the curtain on the energetic reality of my decision. We explore the concept of the “Energetic Container”—that “third entity” created between two (or more) people—and what happens when that container begins to drain your life force rather than replenish it. We discuss the “math” of our energy (a little insight I worked on with my AI partner, Gemini!) and realize that when we spend 70-80% of our energy just managing our environment, we have nothing left for our own expansion.
