Today, I am sharing a deeply vulnerable life update from my beautiful new sanctuary in Portland, Oregon. We are reflecting on the absolute gravity of a promise I made to myself on my 41st birthday: the promise to completely surrender.
For so long, I sat at the top of a carefully constructed, “85-level high” scaffolding of a life that looked perfect on the outside, but left me unable to move. I realized that my greatest lessons and breakthroughs often come from my most challenging experiences.
So, I decided to let it all go.
I chose to trust fall into the arms of the Universe.
