In this series, Echoes of Our Universe, I share soulful notes of inspiration and wisdom to empower your journey. I explore how the wisdom of the Universe resonates in many forms â through resonant quotes, channeled messages, and reflections on life's experiences â all illuminating universal themes. My intention is to offer you reminders that foster self-discovery, resilience, and a deeper understanding of how everything is connected, inviting you to embrace your own power with certainty and grace, recognizing that we are all a part of the beautiful symphony of existence.

The âEchoes of Our Universeâ are plentiful and deep.
In the âinformation ageâ, there is no shortage ofâŚinformation.
Words. Data. Perspectives. Opinions. Conclusions.
đ But what about the connections?
My more profound passion in life has always been about connecting things together.
I invested over 20+ years of my professional career in Tech & Corporate Talent Acquisition, diligently connecting thousands of humans together. The data of my stint? I poured myself into over 55,000+ hours of interviewing (thatâs 5x the level of respected âmasteryâ), where I interviewed over 27,000+ humans, and hired them into teams led by key team leaders (totaling over 5,000+).
Listening and connecting details are my refined superpowers đâ¨âŚ
I have read and ingested thousands and thousands of resources, books, articles, notes, and even the details deemed âuselessâ.
Hoarding information is not knowledge. Itâs not wisdom either.
Instead, I believe that between these data points is where the magic really resides; aka, the connections. The connections between them and the connections with others. So this is where Iâve made my own personal study of how to connect these all together.

Equipped with insatiable curiosity and a knack for interviewing (aka synthesizing millions of details into connections that matter, down into the deep, intricate, and never-seen), I look for the difference, and then interweave the connections that make up our collective human experience.
FUN FACT: In the early 16th century, âinterviewingâ was formally known as âenterviewingâ. Itâs from the French word âentrevueâ, which is a noun from the word sâentrevoir (which means âto see each other or have a glimpse ofâ) of which entre- (means âbetweenâ) and voir (means âto seeâ). As the word evolved over our time, it has related more to what we refer to it as today, but usually with the intent to publish or share what one has said.
For me, this means to listen, to hear, to see, to ingest the essence of what one is saying, anchoring in the words and conencting back to their themes, then sharing the synthesized or connected findings.
My interviewing career, and practice of deep listening and synthesis, continues on into 'Echoes of Our Universeâ.
All of these pieces of perspective and information are what I call âechoesâ. They continue to echo into the here and now, spanning across the spectrums of space and time.

This lifelong pursuit of connection has led me to create 'Echoes of Our Universe,' where I'll share how these interconnected 'building blocks' form a foundation for deeper understanding.

Echoes Defined:
Let's explore what 'echoes' truly are. Beyond sounds bouncing back, echoes are the beautiful reflections of ideas, feelings, and experiences that mirror back to us across space and time. They're the wisdom shared, the lessons learned, and the insights revealed through stories, quotes, and even the forces and experiential elements of our world like Mother Nature herself.
The Power of a Quote:
Think about a quote that has deeply moved you. That's the power of an echo â a piece of wisdom, reflected from an author or speaker, illuminating a truth within you. It sparks a feeling, a recognition, a sense of connection. These quotes will be from a combination of sources, including interviews I conduct, readings from books and articles, formal and informal (published and unpublished) resources, as well as learnings and gatherings from my own experience, and the experience of others. I also channel messages from my Soul Support Squad (including my Guides, Ancestors, and Angels). All to illuminate the wisdom and the pathways of connection between them.
Our Universe:
Now, let's talk about 'Our Universe.' Not 'the' universe, as if we're separate from it, but Our Universe â the one we're all a part of. We are it, and it is us. 'Our' speaks to belonging, togetherness, and the interconnectedness that Life Journey: empowered is all about.
The Universe as Energy:
The Universe, to me, is everything â all centered in energy. It's the energy that creates all matter and all that we experience. We are energy, and the Universe is this vast expanse where time is simply a construct to help us understand our place within it.
Timeless Wisdom:
In 'Echoes of Our Universe,' we'll explore how wisdom from the past is timelessly relevant today. A quote from 100+ years ago can resonate with a fresh power of connection, reminding us of truths we may have forgotten.
What to Expect:
I envision sharing these 'Echoes' following the flow of inspiration, so there might be a handful of messages weekly when the energy is more profound, or intertwined every other day as more illumination arises to the surface.
The Bigger Picture:
These 'Echoes' are also seeds for something larger. I'm weaving them into books, organized by themes, to empower us to explore other ways to connect with them. I also plan on sharing quote images that you can save as reminders of the truth resonating within you, as you uncover each one.
Interconnectedness:
At the heart of 'Echoes of Our Universe' is the interconnectedness of all things. Quotes, channeled messages, nature's rhythms â they're all connected, reminding us that we're never truly alone and that everything is part of a beautiful, ever-evolving whole.
